All of the inexpensive foods are the ones that are on sale or have the lowest prices. Let&#039;s face it...............IT IS cheaper to be fat! &lt;br/&gt;That does not mean that I am giving in. I am studying the labels as I purchase my food items in the grocery store. I look at the online menus and nutrition guides prior to dining out. &lt;br/&gt;BUT..........this is one of the most difficult things I have ever tried to do.&lt;br/&gt;I have lost pounds, but am now at a &quot;standstill.&quot; &lt;br/&gt;Any suggestions for how to get a jumpstart back to losing?&lt;/p&gt;
